About Strategic Asset Engagement
Strategic Asset Engagement (SAE) Advisory Group was formed to serve the growing need to connect our clients to both global and niche markets and accentuate our clients' strength to the targeted market. The members of SAE Advisory Group have worked with some of the largest global companies as well as dynamic start-ups in various capacities. We have expertise in legal, business development, technology licensing, compliance, commercial negotiation, intellectual property, and market entry. We have assisted our clients to identify new clients and new segments of market, execute contracts with global companies as well as major government divisions, generate revenue from traditional industries as well as cutting edge technologies such as digital currency.
SAE Advisory's team strives to expand our clients' horizon by offering practical and sustainable solution in global or targeted market entry, commercial sales and business development, and broadening the revenue potential by reaching out to partners outside of clients' often-used network and market territory. We utilize our extensive network and partners to engage with our clients to further broaden their commercial market foot-print or engage in asset commercialization process. In other cases, we assist our clients to comply with various (and complex) compliance requirement, form legal entities in foreign markets, provide product marketing and obtain funding for further product and market development by linking them to globally established companies.

Steve Kim
CEO/Managing Director
Steve is the CEO and General Counsel of SAE Advisory Group. He has over 20+ years of legal and business consulting experience and has provided advice to major international law firms, corporations and notable start-up IoT companies. A US attorney, Steve served as the Director of the American Arbitration Association/ International Centre for Dispute Resolution in New York then served as senior counsel to Samsung. He also acted as a head legal business consultant to a global law firm, and successfully delivered major projects in technology, arbitration and real estate transactions. Steve was also invited to serve as a senior advisor to an IoT company in livestock health management and assisted the company in obtaining series A funding from a major banking institution. He has a BA in psychology and a Juris Doctorate in law. Steve is fluent in English and Korean.
